Where is The Monsoon Estate located?

The Monsoon Estate is a private farmhouse in Maldunge, Panvel, Maharashtra – 410206. By road it is roughly 14 km (around 30 min) from Panvel, 40 km (around 1 h) from Navi Mumbai and 70 km (around 1 h 45 min) from Mumbai. Travel times are approximate and depend on traffic.

What is the tariff for the farmhouse?

The tariff is ₹7,000 per day on weekdays and ₹8,000 per day on weekends. A couple stay is ₹4,000. Check-in is at 1:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

How many guests can stay at the farmhouse?

A maximum of 10 persons is allowed. The 2 BHK farmhouse has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a living room and a dining area.

Is the entire farmhouse private?

Yes. When you book The Monsoon Estate, the whole 2 BHK farmhouse, the swimming pool and the outdoor areas are reserved for your group only, in a quiet and peaceful setting.

Does the farmhouse have a private swimming pool?

Yes, the farmhouse has its own private swimming pool with poolside seating. The pool is lit in the evening, so you can enjoy a swim after dark too.

Is food available at the farmhouse?

Yes, food can be arranged at extra charges. You can also cook your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen or use the BBQ. Cylinder and gas usage is charged at ₹500 extra.

What facilities are included in the stay?

Yes. The farmhouse is ideal for a family day out, birthday celebration, get-together, bachelor party, pre-wedding celebration and relaxing weekend. Please share your plans when you enquire. The maximum is 10 persons.
